  • Seasonal Fruits: Melons, watermelons, mangoes, cucumbers, and gourds.

  • Beverages: Lemon water, buttermilk, lassi, aam panna (raw mango drink), and coconut water.

  • Cooling Foods: Curd, buttermilk, khichdi, porridge, moong dal, and roti.
