  • Tamarind Sauce/Chutney (one tablespoon)

  • Finely chopped Green Coriander (Hara Dhania)

  • Pomegranate Seeds (Anar Dana), Grapes, and Banana (optional)

  • Finely chopped Tomato

  • Finely chopped Onion

  • One Green Chilli

  • Grated Beetroot (Kadukas ki hui Chukandar)

Instructions (Method of Preparation):

  1. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: First, wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and boil them. After boiling, peel them and cut them into small, uniform pieces.

  3. Prepare the Masala and Chaat: Immediately add Black Salt to the roasted peanuts and nuts according to your taste. Now, add the boiled and cut sweet potato pieces and mix everything well.

  4. Enhance the Flavor: After this, add Chaat Masala, which is the most essential ingredient for the chaat. Then add one tablespoon of Tamarind Sauce (or Chutney). Also, add finely chopped tomato, onion, green coriander, along with red chili powder, one green chili, and grated beetroot.

  5. Serve: Mix all the ingredients well together. Add the finely chopped green coriander. Now, transfer it to a bowl and serve it hot.

  6. Additional Tip: You can also add Pomegranate Seeds, chopped Grapes, and Banana pieces to make your chaat even more delicious.
